Tiffinne Pearson-Suggs is a proud native of Oxford, Mississippi and has resided in Milwaukee, Wisconsin since 2002.  As a Magna Cum Laude graduate from Jackson State University (Jackson, Mississippi), Pearson-Suggs holds a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Mass Communications: Public Relations with a Minor in Marketing.  In 2004, Pearson-Suggs received her Masters of Science in Business Management from Cardinal Stritch University.  In July 2013, she married Allen Suggs, Jr. of Milwaukee, Wisconsin.

Pearson-Suggs is a Results-Oriented Leader with over 15 years of experience in Management, Program Implementation and Customer Service.  Her administrative experience also includes: effective communication, operational management, fiscal and budget management, strategic planning, recruitment and retention, implementing conducting assessments, case management, hiring, training, supervising and evaluating staff.

Over the years, Pearson-Suggs has worked in the nonprofit sector with at risk youth, young adults and their families to address life barriers such as physical disabilities, aging out of foster care, mental health illness, alcohol and substance abuse, cognitive disabilities, homelessness and victims of sexual abuse, human trafficking and domestic violence. She is passionate about being an advocate for those in need and is willing to help others.

Pearson-Suggs is excited to serve as CEO of Tender Loving Personal Care, LLP.  Her younger sister Erica was diagnosed with Reye’s Syndrome at early age of 6 months and both her grandmothers suffered from dementia.

Pearson-Suggs  has firsthand knowledge and experience about the importance of having access personal care services for close family members and the struggles and challenges families face on a daily basis from the lack of having much needed cares for family members.  She wholeheartedly believes and takes pride in “Providing a Solution with a Happy Ending.”
